Policy and Guarantee
Refund Policy
I will give a 50% refund upon request, on any orders that are not delivered in a timely manner, which is deemed at the time of the order. I do not refund 100% due to materials cost, and the nature of custom work not being able to be sold to another person for full price. Often a custom knife is made for a specific person, so if that order is cancelled, it is difficult to match that knife to another person.
When taking an order, I give a quote for the time it will take to deliver the item. These are QUOTES ONLY, not an exact delivery date. I'm not Nostradamus. Giving an exact date is difficult due to a little thing we call Real Life. Things come up, accidents happen, people get sick, and so on. I ALWAYS deliver, so if you order something and it takes longer than expected, have faith...I WILL take care of you.
Return Policy
If one of my knives or other tools is not working properly, you may return it to be repaired or replaced if it is UN-repairable. If you have damaged it yourself outside the scope of what is considered 'normal use', then I will not/cannot cover that.
To put it bluntly, I DO NOT cover neglect, stupidity, abuse of the knife or tool, taking it apart, destroying it in the process of trying to "fix" it, or anything you would do to your purchase that is outside the scope of the normal usage of that product or what it was designed for. After these 'lines' have been crossed, all guarantees are forfeit.
Disrespectful or Rude Customer Policy
So I am creating a policy for these circumstances. I will not speak to, nor update, nor deal with a customer who becomes rude, irate, or disrespectful with me at any time.
If they have an order in with me, I will fill it as soon as I can. I do my orders in the order they are received, so I cannot put yours ahead of anyone else. The same rules apply for sharpening, small repairs, or anything of that sort. I have to do your sharpening, fix, adjustment, etc in the order it came in. I cannot put yours ahead of another order or fix. It simply isn't fair.

So please be aware of these guarantees and policies. I am not trying to upset, insult, or offend anyone, I just want to cover any possible issue that could arise.
